The Team Lead - Mark Prideaux has over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry. He holds the esteemed CRS designation. (Certified Residential Specialist) He works as a real estate agent with RE/MAX Watermarke in the Jacksonville, Florida. Mark assists buyers, investors and home sellers.
His love of everything real estate plays out in the investment market as well through performing an occasional rehab to participating as a member of the local JAXREIA (Jacksonville Real Estate Investors Association)
Mark founded and operated an award-winning remodel and construction company, Landmark Construction Inc. Additionally, his background includes working as a commercial real estate broker in the role of Senior Adviser at Marcus & Millichap.
